Member of the Subcommittee on priorities of the Minister of Health during the Polish Presidency of the Council of Europe 2011 Co-author of the White Book of Healthy and Active Aging (2013) and expert group report Health Academy 2030 - Diagnosis and directions of the reform of the health care system in Poland (2014). In the Federation of Polish Patients (FPP) from 2006 to 2014 he was the General Director. He was responsible for the creation and implementation of the Federation's strategy. The overriding goal of this activity was to raise the level of health education and awareness of patients and the development of organizational changes in the patient organization environment through the development and coordination of projects in this area (FIO, S. Batory Foundation, European Funds - FP7, IMI, AAL and others). At the European Patients' Forum (EPF) in 2008-2015 he represented the voice of Polish patient organizations. Elected a member of EPF's board for three years for the years 2010, 2012, 2014 (in 2011-2015 he was a Treasurer there). He was responsible for the proper financial management of EPF, strategic consulting in the field of EPF financial policy and e-health. Member of the Patient and Consumer Working Group (PCWP) team at the European Medicines Agency, the European Medicines Agency (EMA). Member of the expert team at the think-tank European Platform for the Organization of Patents, Sciences and Industry (EPPOSI) in Brussels.
